Sadly, yesterday we sent sweet Lucy to a new home. There is a man that Marty works with who has 5 kids, has been wanting an older dog that is house trained and good with kids, and offered to take her. With Cam's allergies and the million stains on our carpet, we thought it was the right thing to do. That is - until she actually left. I can't believe how sad I have been all weekend. Sweet Lucy. I hated the messes she made, but I loved her sweet, gentle nature....and I certainly miss her more than I expected. Thanks for a good 3 years with our family, Lucy Lou. We love you.
